GBT recently received an order from Wind Energy Solutions (WES) from the Netherlands for the blade design, mold production and blade production of a new 50 KW blade for the new WES50 turbine.
WES is a turbine OEM that builds 50 kW, 80 kW and 250 kW turbines for both on grid and off grid applications. Last year GBT started to manufacture the WES80 and WES 250 blades. WES decided to expand their offering with a new 50 kW turbine. The blade for this machine was designed by GBT and the mold is currently being manufactured. Blade production will start this summer.
