K2 Management has been awarded an assignment from EDF Renewable Energy to manage the project engineering of two onshore projects under a master service agreement in the USA.
This assignment includes the following scope:
- Managing all engineering disciplines during project design and implementation phases
- Leading design reviewing process of collection systems, substation and transmission line
- Assisting in selecting and managing EPC contractors
- Supporting, reviewing and advising on WTG technical aspects, versions, options and components
The two projects (Slate Creek 150MW and Spinning Spur 3 194MW), comprising a total of 344MW, are in the design and construction phases and will be operational by the end of 2015.
