Vestas has received an order in the USA for 56 units of V80-1.80MW wind turbines, to be delivered in the third quarter of 2007 for the Smoky Hills project in the state of Kansas. The order has been placed by ENEL North America. Vestas will supply, install and commission the 56 wind turbines, and the order also includes a five-year maintenance and service agreement.
