Upon request of the Board of Hansen, Ivan Brems has accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer of Hansen Transmissions International NV. Since 1993, Ivan. Brems held several management positions in international marketing, sales and business development within the Hansen organisation. Matts Lundgren has accepted the position of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hansen. Until now, this position was held by Tulsi Tanti of Suzlon who will remain a member of the Board of Directors. In April 2006, Suzlon acquired Hansen Transmissions.
