Acciona inaugurates its first wind farm in Greece |

On 16 July 2006, Acciona inaugurated the Panachaiko wind farm (34.85MW), the first implemented by the Group in Greece.
It consists of 41 850 kW wind turbines and represents an investment of € 41 million. The windpark is 72% owned by the Group, with the remaining 28% in the hands of Greek partners. An extension to the wind farm is planned with 16 wind turbines of 850 kW under the name of Panachaiko II, giving a total of 48.45MW. |
