The Front Cover

Concrete gravity foundations have been used for Nysted and Middelgrunden Offshore Wind Farms. The concept is cost competitive against steel monopiles, because the construction in concrete can be manufactured at half the price of steel monopiles. ENERGI E2 expects to use concrete gravity foundations for future projects such as Borkum Riffgrund and London Array West. In the article published on page 7 you will find more information regarding this topic.
