The partnership initiated 15 years ago between Schneider Electric and CEDRAT Group has passed a new stage. FLUX, the software solution from CEDRAT Group, has been chosen to be the reference solution in the R&D departments of the whole Schneider Electric group, for the design of electrical equipments. This choice is included in a global policy to standardize design tools. The software will be used to design and optimise equipments such as:
- Low and medium voltage circuit breakers, - Contactors, motor controllers, - Busbar trunkings, - LV switchboards, modular MV substations, - Sensors, - Distribution transformer It will allow Schneider Electric to work seamlessly between its design centres, in Europe, US, Mexico,China and India and increase significantly its R&D efficiency. |
