Vestas receives large order in Sweden Print E-mail

Vestas has received an order for a total of 95.4 MW for Sweden.

The order for the Havsnäs project consists of 45 units of the V90-2.0 MW turbine and three units of the V90-1.8 MW wind turbine. The contract includes supply, installation, commissioning, a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution as well as a five-year service contract. The order has been placed by RES Skandinavien AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Renewable Energy Systems Limited (RES). Delivery of the wind turbines is scheduled for the summer of 2009, and commissioning is expected during the winter of 2009/2010.
