Wind Energy America, Inc. (WNEA) has announced that it has hired Mr. Alan Cross as its Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Cross began his career at Arthur Andersen and Co. where he developed expertise in the creation and syndication of investment vehicles to raise capital for the exploration and development of natural resources. After becoming a partner with the firm he left public accounting to serve as the CFO for a number of private companies. He is a CPA and earned his B.A., M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of South Dakota.
