The Group's sales grew by 59% in the first nine months of the year compared to the same period last year and amounted to € 2.206 billion.

EBITDA increased by more than 26% to reach € 284 million. Net profit at the end of the third quarter amounted to € 95 million. By the end of the third quarter in 2007, Gamesa had installed 1,178MW, 23% more than in the same period of 2006. The assembly rate has increased in both the USA and China, markets which accounted for 17% and 16% respectively of total installations. In Europe growth continues, although the pace slowed in the third quarter. New agreements has boosted the portfolio to 7000MW in supply contracts for 2008-2010. The relative weight of the Spanish market was reduced to 33% versus 52% in 2006. Germany (23%) and Italy (11%) are the other markets with the highest share of MW sold in 2007.
