Windbrokers has announced restructuring of their business in order to accommodate further growth.

On May 4th, 2007 Windbrokers Group B.V. has been established with four independent business units: Windbrokers New Equipment, Windbrokers Used Equipment, Windbrokers Services and Windbrokers Promotions. The management of Windbrokers Group is in hands of Mr. Dick Vermeulen as Managing Director and Mr. Henk van den Bosch as Marketing Director. Shareholders positions have been unchanged. New Equipment sales will be the core business of Windbrokers Group. After successful establishment of the New Equipment business, Mr. Menno Arendz has resigned from his position as interim CEO with immediate effect. As per June 1st, 2007 Mr. Ard de Poot has been appointed as Sales Manager New Equipment. Coming from Vestas Benelux B.V., Ard has extensive experience in sales of new wind turbines. Ard's focus will be on the worldwide sales of the Vestas RRB PS47/600 turbine.
