The international law firm of Chadbourne & Parke LLP has today that Edward Zaelke and Adam Umanoff have joined the Firm's renewable energy practice as partners in the Los Angeles office.

Their focus is on wind power and other alternative energy sources. Mr. Zaelke, 48 years old, and Mr. Umanoff, 47 years old, are joining Chadbourne from the Los Angeles office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where they were partners. Mr. Zaelke was the head of the Renewable Energy Practice Group, which concentrated on project development and finance. Mr. Umanoff worked on the development and financing of energy projects, with an emphasis on the wind sector.
