Clipper Windpower to supply 24 wind turbines Print E-mail
Tuesday, 09 January 2007

Clipper Windpower PLC said it will supply 24 of its 2.5MW Liberty Wind Turbines to its joint development venture company with oil company BP in 2007.

The windpower technology company said the 24 turbines, totaling 60MW, are a part of BP's commitment in July to buy 100MW of Liberty turbines in 2007 and 200MW in 2008. The joint development company is owned 85 per cent by BP and 15 per cent by Clipper.
