NorSea Group has set up an offshore wind company in Denmark, named NSG Wind. The new company can deliver the full range of offshore wind industry services, including seabed investigation, transport cable inspection, onshore and offshore logistics, installation, service and maintenance.
NSG Wind is owned by Danbor, their Danish subsidiary, whose headquarters are in Esbjerg. NSG Wind already has several clients in Denmark, Germany and the UK. In partnership with the Taiwanese authorities, they are working on a port development project and are in the process of establishing a joint venture company with a local partner. They have also signed agreements on the US and Canadian markets. Morten Basse, former COO of Apro Wind, has been appointed as CEO. His team is represented in Denmark, France and Norway.
